Dental care without the dread

If fear has kept you from the dentist — for months or for years — you're not alone, and you're not judged here. Sedation dentistry at Adel Dentistry helps anxious patients relax deeply while Dr. Adel takes care of everything. Many of our most loyal patients arrived terrified of dental work.

Is it for you?

Is sedation right for you?

Sedation can help if you: feel anxious or panicky about dental visits; have a sensitive gag reflex; have sensitive teeth; need a lengthy procedure; or have avoided the dentist so long that several issues need attention at once. During a relaxed conversation, Dr. Adel reviews your health history and recommends the right sedation option for your needs and the planned treatment.

Adel Dentistry is not a regular dental office. Dr. Mustafa Adel is an award-winning cosmetic dentist with hospital-level training: a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Saint Vincent Hospital in Cleveland covering advanced dentistry, trauma, surgery, and implants — plus a Fellowship in implants from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).

The process

What to expect

We plan everything in advance: which sedation option suits you, what to do before your visit, and — for most forms of sedation — arranging a ride home. During treatment, you're monitored, comfortable, and deeply relaxed; most patients remember very little of the appointment afterward. When it's over, you recover in-office until you're ready to head home.
